Stay Healthy with 20 Minutes of Fun a Day

You can make yourself dramatically healthier by doing 20 minutes of physical activity. Really, that’s all it takes, 20 minutes, five days a week.. This will reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes and several types of cancer. It will also make you feel better and probably happier. [Source Tom Sheve]

These 20 minutes of activity do not need to be  difficult or strenuous. I am not talking about Navy Seal training or climbing Mount Everest. Your 20 minutes can be fun things like walking, riding your bike, skateboarding, pickup sports or even playing around at the beach. Moderate activity is all it takes.

The point is to get moving 20 minutes a day and keep it up 5 days a week for the rest of your life. If you stop for a while, no worries, but come back to the 20 minutes of physical activity, 5 days a week. If you do this, I think you’ll end up a lot healthier and happier.  And don’t forgot to have fun doing it!

    Wow that is such a amazing blog. I never thought 20 minutes can change your life. I do more then 20 minutes I do 3 hours and 30 minutes of my sport everyday. I feel so health after.
